Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Product must not be opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • Damaged or defective items are eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Opened perfume/attar bottles

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect
